Girón Apparel + Home was BORN in Antigua, Guatemala, in 2020. As a dedicated husband and wife team FROM CHICAGO + GUATEMALA, we made a conscious decision to immerse ourselves in our rich heritage. During our time in Antigua, we forged a deep connection with our culture, AND embraced the local way of life. Motivated to share the story of Guatemala through the authentic lens of Guatemalans, we sought to reclaim our heritage. This led us back to Chicago, where we found a home in a manufacturing incubator on the Near Northwest Side known as the ICNC. Here, in Chicago, we proudly uphold our roots and craftsmanship, creating products that embody the spirit of BOTH CHICAGO AND Guatemala. At Girón Apparel and Home, we are more than artisans; we are inspired by WHERE WE ARE FROM, crafting each product with care and passion in the heart of Chicago.
